Meet Adrian Vibes Harris
Entrepreneur | U.S. Navy Veteran | Author | Motivational Speaker | Music Executive | Community Advocate
From South Park, Houston, TX to Building a Legacy of Purpose
Adrian “Vibes” Harris is an entrepreneur, author, motivational speaker, music executive, and U.S. Navy veteran whose journey is a testament to faith, perseverance, transformation, and the power of purpose.
Born and raised in South Park, Houston, Texas, Adrian grew up in an environment where poverty, gangs, violence, and survival were part of everyday life. His understanding of gang culture comes not from what he has watched on television or heard in music, but from what he experienced growing up.
“Where I come from, gangs weren't necessarily something you decided to join. They were something you grew up around. Your neighborhood was your identity, and the people in it were your people.”
In South Park, loyalty to your neighborhood often came naturally. When someone threatened people from your community, defending them could feel like an unspoken responsibility. As a child, you didn't always recognize the difference between protecting the people you loved and becoming part of a cycle that could ultimately hurt them.
For Adrian, that was the reality of growing up in his part of Houston. It wasn't always about choosing a gang. Sometimes, it was about being born into an environment where the streets, the people, and the culture shaped your identity long before you were old enough to understand the consequences.
But Adrian's story didn't end where it began.
From Survival to Service
Determined to build a different future, Adrian joined the United States Navy, where he served for four years. His military experience helped develop the discipline, leadership, accountability, and resilience that would later become essential to his entrepreneurial journey.
Through life's successes, failures, personal struggles, and defining moments, Adrian began to understand that true success wasn't simply about making money or gaining influence. It was about discovering why he had been given those opportunities in the first place.
His journey would eventually lead him to Fresno, California, where he began building businesses, creating opportunities, and investing in people.
Building Businesses. Empowering People. Changing Culture.
Today, Adrian and his wife, Mysti Dailey-Harris, are involved in multiple ventures centered on entrepreneurship, entertainment, education, and community development.
As Director and Executive Producer of Trinity Music Group, a creative program within Trinity Development Center, Adrian uses music as an innovative educational tool to teach, inspire, and empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By incorporating reading, writing, songwriting, recording, music videos, and live performances, he creates engaging learning experiences that strengthen communication skills, build confidence, encourage self-expression, and promote personal growth. His mission is to demonstrate that music is more than entertainment—it's a powerful tool for education, inclusion, and unlocking human potential.
As co-owner of The Rosé, a premier hospitality and entertainment venue in Downtown Fresno, Adrian brings firsthand experience in venue operations, event production, brand development, and community partnerships. Through business consulting, venue coaching, and motivational speaking, he shares the knowledge and lessons gained from his entrepreneurial journey, helping others avoid costly mistakes, recognize opportunities, overcome challenges, and turn their visions into successful businesses.
Changing the Culture Starts With Understanding It
Having grown up surrounded by the realities of street culture, Adrian understands how deeply a person's environment can influence their decisions, identity, and future.
Rather than simply criticizing young people for the choices they make, he believes society must better understand the environments shaping those choices.
His mission today is to use his experience, resources, businesses, music, and influence to show the next generation that loyalty, respect, courage, and leadership can be expressed through something greater than violence.
He believes the same young person willing to risk everything defending a neighborhood can become someone willing to sacrifice for their family, build a business, serve their community, and protect the next generation.
The goal isn't to forget where you came from. It's to make sure where you came from doesn't determine where you finish.
God Is the Greatest Engineer
Now an author, Adrian shares his personal journey through his book, God Is the Greatest Engineer, a story of faith, transformation, adversity, and discovering purpose through life's unexpected challenges.
The title reflects the belief that has come to define his life: God can use even the most painful experiences, biggest mistakes, and unexpected detours to build something greater than we could have imagined.
As a husband, father, entrepreneur, and community leader, Adrian understands that his greatest accomplishment won't be measured by the businesses he owns, the recognition he receives, or the money he earns.
It will be measured by the lives he impacts, the opportunities he creates, and the legacy he leaves behind.
Faith, Family & Legacy
Beyond his businesses and accomplishments, Adrian is a devoted husband to his wife, Mysti Dailey-Harris, and a proud father who believes faith and family are the foundation of true success. He is passionate about leading by example, building generational wealth, and creating a legacy that extends far beyond himself.
For Adrian, success isn't simply measured by the businesses he builds, the recognition he receives, or the money he earns. It's measured by the lives he impacts, the people he uplifts, and the values he passes down to the next generation.
